Information you choose to provide
The waitlist form asks for your name and email address, with optional company and manufacturing-challenge details. The call-request form asks for your name, email address, preferred date, preferred time and time zone. QH Build receives this information only when you submit a form. Please do not include confidential process data, export-controlled information or sensitive personal information in a free-text message.
How the information is used
QH Build uses submitted details to answer your inquiry, manage the early-access waitlist, arrange a requested conversation and understand the general type of manufacturing support being requested. The legal basis is your request for a response and QH Build's legitimate interest in operating its business communications. The website does not sell submitted personal information.
Form delivery and retention
Website forms use EmailJS to deliver the information you submit to QH Build by email. That delivery involves a third-party service and its technical infrastructure. QH Build keeps correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain a relevant business relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Browser settings saved by the standalone cost calculator stay in your own browser's local storage and are not submitted to QH Build by the calculator.
Your choices
You may ask what contact information QH Build holds about you, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw from the waitlist by emailing abdi.mehdi@qhbuild.com. A request may require reasonable identity verification. You can also clear calculator settings through your browser's site-data controls.
