Information you choose to provide
The project-inquiry form asks for your name and email address, with optional company and manufacturing-challenge details. The call-request form asks for your name, email address, preferred date, preferred time and time zone. The career-application form asks for your first and last name, email address, LinkedIn profile, expected yearly compensation and application message. QH Build receives this information only when you submit a form. Please do not include confidential process data, export-controlled information or sensitive personal information in a free-text message.
How the information is used
QH Build uses submitted details to answer your inquiry, assess the requested project, arrange a requested conversation, understand the general type of manufacturing support being requested, or evaluate and respond to a career application. The legal basis is your request for a response and QH Build's legitimate interest in operating its business communications and recruitment. The website does not sell submitted personal information.
Form delivery and retention
Website forms use EmailJS to deliver the information you submit to QH Build by email. That delivery involves a third-party service and its technical infrastructure. QH Build keeps correspondence only as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain a relevant business relationship, meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Browser settings saved by the standalone cost calculator stay in your own browser's local storage and are not submitted to QH Build by the calculator.
Your choices
You may ask what contact information QH Build holds about you, or request a correction or deletion, by emailing support@qhbuild.com. A request may require reasonable identity verification. You can also clear calculator settings through your browser's site-data controls.
